My niece Lia is 2 months old now, and while I was back home last weekend I got to take some pics of her. I can't believe how good she was! She was very interested in the camera and flash, and was the perfect little model. Here's some pics of my beautiful neice..

I joined the national bone marrow registry about a year ago, but wanted to post this to raise awareness for others to join. Donating bone marrow can save a life. Please sign up to be a donor today. It's so easy, you get a kit in the mail, swab your mouth according to the directions, then mail it out. Done.

Whatever discomfort is involved is worth it to save someone's life. I hope that I get the chance.

I love Halloween!

Halloween is almost here!! Every year is a challenge to come up with something better to top last year's costume. This year I'm going to be a hit-and-run victim...complete with tire marks, blood and hopefully a protruding eyeball. Last year I was a zombie...which was probably my best make-up job yet. So hopefully hit-and-run will be even more gory and believable. I'm entering a costume contest on Halloween with a $3,000 grand prize!! Hopefully I win, but I'd be happy with 2nd or 3rd too...


My mom made that clown costume for me...later on she made me a blue yarn wig to go with it, which made me look like a complete psycho. I wish I could find that pic..

Michele Wilcox Get Out of Debt Fund

So I've decided to swallow my pride and ask people if they want to donate any money to me so I can pay off my student loans. I thought going to college would provide for a better future...but instead it gave me a lifetime of debt. I can't even afford the minimum monthly payment for my loans and my credit is shot because of it. I work, but live paycheck to paycheck with no extra money after paying rent, utilities, car insurance, car payment, food and gas. The minimum monthly payment for all my student loans is over $700...and is gaining interest fast.

Any help is greatly appreciated...and every dollar counts!
